Om deze werkzaamheden vlot te organiseren, zijn we op zoek naar een Dispatcher/Planner voor onze vestiging in Molenstede (Diest). In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur die instaat voor de dagelijkse planning van onze telecomtechniekers. Je houdt rekening met de beschikbare medewerkers, de geografische spreiding en de gemaakte klantafspraken. Daarnaast volg je de opdrachten nauwgezet op, ondersteun je techniekers bij praktische vragen en stem je af met verschillende interne en externe contacten. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat iedereen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats staat.

- Establishing, managing and monitoring the daily schedule of our technicians.

Your profile
