For various utility projects in Limburg, we are looking for two enthusiastic Site Managers: one for region North Limburg and one for region South Limburg (BE).
You will join a team that strives for a coordinated approach to works in the public domain. In this way, we minimise the number of openings for the laying of new pipes and cables and ensure efficient execution of our projects.
Some of your duties include:
- In this role, you will be responsible for project coordination and execution.
- You will manage shifts on the project site and ensure streamlined execution of all work within the utility works
- You will plan and coordinate infrastructure works with various utility companies so that roads, footpaths and other public areas are disrupted as little as possible.
- You will also prepare site descriptions, measurement records and protocols of provisional acceptance (PVs).
- You will collect technical data, including as-built measurements, and process billing slips.
You will liaise with residents, local residents and contractors and proactively identify any problems during project implementation.
Your profile
- You have a relevant technical education, for example in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction.
- The right attitude, eagerness to learn and leadership qualities are key.
- Experience in a managerial position within infrastructure projects is a plus.
- You are also organisationally strong, easily maintain an overview and liaise well with various stakeholders.
- You understand the importance of a coordinated approach to minimise inconvenience to citizens.
