We are looking for a driven Site Manager to manage our projects. Do you enjoy working in your own region and have a passion for construction? Then you are our new force!
Some of your duties include:
- You are responsible for making sure your yard works like a well-oiled machine.
- You manage both your own employees and subcontractors in the works and provide them with the necessary materials.
- You oversee the overall safety of your people and the environment.
- You go through the site plans well in advance so that as little goes wrong in this as possible.
- You will prepare progress reports and order necessary materials for your site.
Your profile
- You can lead and motivate people.
- You have a sense of organisation, quality, safety and responsibility.
- You have a real hands-on mentality.
- You are a plant leader who works with your teams to find solutions to build a great project.
- You have a bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent through experience.
- You can draw on several years of experience in infrastructure works.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch.
