APK Group constructs progressive concrete structures using sliding concrete techniques for infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Mechanical Reinforced Concrete Site Manager who will be responsible for the smooth, safe and high-quality execution of formwork and concrete phasing work according to plan and technical drawings. Together with the project coordinator, you will form a compact, hands-on team and you will manage the execution, people and equipment: you will be the point of contact for technical questions and ensure the organisation, quality and safety on site.
Some of your duties include:
- Coordinate and follow up on slip concrete works on site.
- Managing workers and subcontractors.
- Reading, interpreting and applying plans and technical files.
- Monitor planning, quality and safety during execution.
- Resolve technical and organisational bottlenecks on site.

Your profile
- Bachelor of Architecture or engineering degree, or equivalent through experience.
- Experience as a site manager in slide construction or strong affinity with concrete structures.
- Technical understanding and fluent plan reading.
- Strong in organising and coordinating people and resources.
- Problem-solving, communicative and stress-resistant.
- Team player with leadership qualities and proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Dutch; French is a plus.
- Fluent with PC: MS Office; MS Project is a plus.
- Flexible, socially adept and structured.
