Verfaillie-Leroyhas been developing total solutions for signalling since 1927: from private mobility plans to the design, production, and installation of signalling, street furniture, and road markings. Due to expansion, we are looking for a commercially minded, technically adept Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be the commercial face of Verfaillie-Leroy. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, pursue commercial opportunities, and ensure that annual market share and commercial KPIs are achieved.
Some of your duties include:
- Proactive prospecting and development of a relevant network in the signalling and mobility sector.
- Managing and strengthening existing customer relationships; structural account management.
- Responding to and following up on price requests; preparing quotations.
- Negotiating and finalising contracts in consultation with the director.
- Provide input for consistent pricing and commercial strategy.
- Reporting on commercial opportunities, market trends, and progress against KPIs.
- Identifying new projects and innovations in temporary or permanent signage.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in signage, mobility, road construction, or a technical sector.
- Commercial and results-oriented; strong in relationship building and persuasion.
- Independent, stress-resistant, and entrepreneurial.
- Technical affinity and willingness to further expand professional knowledge.
- Dutch required, French is a plus.
- Calm, professional and a strong communicator; can work both in a team and independently.
