About the job

APK Group is involved in the roll-out and monitoring of telecoms projects in Belgium. Within our telecoms department, we work on large-scale projects for a major telecoms client, involving close coordination between the client, technicians, site management and project management. For this role, we are looking for a project administration assistant who is a strong communicator, maintains structure and ensures accurate administrative and invoicing follow-up for our projects.

Some of your duties include:

 

  • Processing and follow-up of Invoicing, performance and costs to the correct files or profit centres.
  • Follow-up Checking in at work, time tracking and HR-related administration.
  • To support Moon processing, sickness monitoring and personnel administration.
  • Comparing purchase orders and invoices and following up on administrative files.
  • Drawing up and adjusting the Technician planning, taking into account workload, leave and priorities.
  • Processing performance of employees and subcontractors.
  • Answering staff queries and acting as a point of contact for operational matters.
  • Scheduling medical examinations and following up on mandatory training and certifications.
  • Processing vehicle records and mileage logs.

Your profile

  • You are administratively strong and works accurately.
  • You love someone Varied range of tasks and can switch between priorities with ease.
  • You are resilient and maintains an overview during busy periods or with last-minute changes.
  • You are systematically strong, but flexible when plans change.
  • You speak well Dutch And can you express yourself professionally in French (approximately 10% of the communication).
