Ageres (part of APK Group) is a full-service property developer specialising in houses and apartment blocks. With a focus on quality and efficient execution, we oversee projects from concept to completion. For our division in Malle, we are looking for experienced bricklayers who wish to apply their skills to a variety of challenging construction projects.
Some of your duties include:
- Uitvoeren van diverse metselwerkzaamheden, zoals het bouwen van muren, funderingen en andere constructies.
- Voorbereiden en mengen van mortel en beton.
- Werken met verschillende bouwmaterialen en gereedschappen.
- Controleren van de kwaliteit van het metselwerk en zorgen dat het voldoet aan de bouwvoorschriften.
- Collaborate met collega’s en andere vakmensen op de bouwplaats.
- Naleven van safety regulations om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
Your profile
- You have experience with the bricklaying is required.
- You work independently, but are ook flexible and a real team player.
- You follow work instructions correctly, while also organising your own work well.
- You have a flexibele instelling en bent bereid om wanneer nodig extra uren te werken
- You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it.
- Plus point: Attestation or experience with a quick-assembly crane.
