APK Group is looking for a Surveyor to prepare and follow up on sites so that projects can start smoothly. In this role, you will combine fieldwork with administrative processing. You will record site descriptions, process visual material, and ensure that resident letters are posted correctly and on time. We are not looking for someone with a heavily technical background, but rather someone we can rely on: accurate, meticulous, flexible, and with a strong can-do attitude.
Some of your duties include:
- Carrying out preparatory tasks on and around the site.
- Drawing up site descriptions for the commencement of works.
- Capturing and processing of image material in the project software.
- Posting and following up on resident letters.
- Administrative processing of site data and photographs.
- Daily reporting of your tasks and findings.
- Monitoring the schedule and flagging points of attention.
- Supporting the yard start-up so that everything can commence correctly and smoothly.
Your profile
- Experience is not a must; school leavers are welcome to apply.
- Experience with trenching, as a technician, or in a similar practical role is a plus.
- Profiles that enjoy administrative work but seek variety in their job are eligible.
- You work accurately and can take responsibility.
- You are customer-friendly and correctly project the APKimage to local residents.
- You have a can-do attitude and follow agreements and plans well.
- You are flexible and able to work independently.
- Technical understanding is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Microsoft applications are useful; high-level IT knowledge is not required.
