In this role, you will support the CFO and M&A Director in identifying, analysing and executing acquisitions. Some of your duties include:
- Building and supporting APK Group's M&A strategy.
- Spotting potential acquisition opportunities in line with strategic goals.
- Perform financial analysis, valuations and due diligence.
- Assist in negotiations and drafting of transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (legal, financial, technical).
- Supervise post-merger integration together with local teams.
Your profile
- Master's degree in economics, finance, law or business administration.
- 5-10 years' experience in M&A (corporate, private equity, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and financial skills.
- Independent, discreet and proactive.
- Proficient in stakeholder management at group level.
- Language skills: Dutch and English required; French is a plus.
- Willing to travel occasionally within the group.
