At APK Group in Beringen, where all supporting units come together, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will act as the financial right-hand person of the COO and as the point of contact for the Business Unit Controller. You will support the supporting units on a financial and administrative level and will be responsible for the financial follow-up of a Business Unit segment.
Some of your duties include:
- Monthly financial planning, looking critically at reported figures from the various business units.
- Responsible for monthly reporting from various departments.
- Coaching role on financial matters.
- Performing ad-hoc analyses and finding explanations for any discrepancies.
- Preparing the month-end closing for team leaders, including audit work on reported versus invoiced amounts and adjusting processes where necessary.
- Management of various Power BI reports for team leaders, including communication with IT department for any report adjustments and initiating pricing changes.
- Critical review and monitoring to ensure reports are transferred from test environment to production without error.
- Financial point of contact for our clients regarding processes and reporting.
Your profile
- You have a master's degree in an economics subject, preferably TEW or commercial engineering with a specialisation in finance, or you have several years of experience in a finance function.
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to solve problems.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch.
- Excellent social skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- You work independently but are also a team player who collaborates and spars effectively with colleagues.
- You have a drive to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organisation.
