You are responsible from A to Z for the renewal and expansion of the electricity network in the assigned region of Flemish Brabant. As Project Manager, you are the central point of contact within the organisation. You coordinate the execution of the works, direct site managers and construction teams and ensure efficient deployment of people and resources. In doing so, you closely monitor the planning, quality, safety, budgets and timely delivery of the projects. You also maintain constructive contacts with contractors and the contracting authority, and proactively anticipate possible bottlenecks during execution.

- Responsible for the end-to-end realisation of grid renewal and extension projects in Flemish Brabant
- Coordinating and monitoring the execution of works on the construction sites

Your profile
- Level of education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction, energy, electrical engineering or similar through experience.
- Experience: Preferably minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Technical background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field
- Technical degree (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
- Experience in a leadership role within infrastructure or utilities sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Solution-oriented, communicative and stress-resistant.
- Fluency in Dutch
