You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the tasks of our technicians (mechanics), ensuring that each assignment is completed on time and efficiently.
You will be the central point of contact for internal departments, technicians and external partners. Thanks to your organisational talent and communication skills, the department's operational efficiency will run smoother than ever.
Some of your duties include:
- Drawing up, managing and following up on the planning of technicians.
- Ensuring an efficient division of tasks and timely execution of assignments.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure optimal planning.
- Answering questions from colleagues, partners and suppliers over the phone.
- Providing support for operational problems and contributing to solutions.
- Clear and concise reporting of progress.
- Planning of inspections and maintenance of small and large equipment.
- Ensure correct administrative follow-up.
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years' experience in dispatch planning.
- Experience in a similar sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You work result-orientated, independently and accurately.
- You can think conceptually and find workable solutions.
- You report in an orderly and structured manner.
- Language knowledge: Dutch required; French is a plus.
