Concrete sawyer

About the job

Some of your duties include:

• Floor sawing in fresh concrete
• Finish and touch-up jobs (touching up corners, sealing socket holes, removing cement paste,...)
• You will work daily with a handsaw and floor saw
• Perform basic maintenance on used equipment
• Perform final check on site
• Measurement of the work carried out

You will start from our branch in Bilzen. From there, you will be deployed at the various sites as concrete sawyer for sawing work on infrastructure components (signalling/ concrete roadways). You are very flexible in terms of working hours: weekend, evening and sporadic night work are no problem for you.

Your profile

• You are flexible towards working hours
• Starting early, working on Saturdays, evening or night work: you see the benefits and enjoy doing it
• You have a good knowledge of the Dutch language
• You are physically fit and love outdoor work
• You work accurately
• You like to work independently, being on the job alone most of the time
• Experience in road or concrete construction is a plus
• Technical insight a must
• Driving licence C
• VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
