About the job

Some of your duties include:

• Coaching and development: You will be responsible for coaching our telecoms team, guiding them in their daily work and helping them improve their skills.
• Performance monitoring: You analyse the performance of team members and identify opportunities for improvement. You draw up personal development plans and monitor progress.
• Motivate and inspire: you create a positive and supportive working environment, motivating and inspiring team members to reach their full potential.
• Working together: You work closely with other departments to ensure that the organisation's objectives are met and that processes run optimally.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the telecoms sector, preferably in a managerial or coaching role.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom products and services, and industry trends.
• Strong skills in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate both individuals and teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and oral.
• You are able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
