About the job
Ageres is a total developer for housing and apartment buildings. With a focus on quality and smooth execution, we guide projects from idea to completion. As a Calculator at Ageres, you will play a key role in the preparation and analysis of tenders and tender files, ensuring well-founded projects and decisions with accurate cost price calculations.
Some of your duties include:
- Formatting and comparison of quotes.
- Perform technical calculations and cost calculations.
- Record, follow up and process approvals of submitted offers.
- Actively monitor statistics concerning POs and ABS‑Dossiers.
- Requesting and comparing prices of materials.
- Provide input for procurement decisions and framework contracts.
- Support pricing and alternative implementation methods.
- Support site preparation (material reservations, start-up documents).
- Perform post-calculations and analyse differences with pre-calculations.
- Detecting optimisation opportunities in processes and market operations.
- Contribute to a more efficient operation of the team.
Your profile
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent through experience
• You have some knowledge of measurement reports and execution files
• You enjoy working with numbers and ideally have a good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.
• You work accurately, with a focus on results, and independently.
You can make decisions and maintain an overview, even under time pressure.
• You are a team player who communicates smoothly.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch
