Some of your duties include:
- File analysis: You thoroughly study the plans, specifications and measurement statement.
- Costing: You will manage the entire estimation process within the KPD vNext platform and prepare detailed budgets.
- Technical advice: You think creatively about alternative execution methods and/or materials to optimise projects.
- Quotation management: You make price comparisons of subcontractors and suppliers for integration into your budget.
- Transfer: After award, you will ensure flawless file transfer to the procurement department and execution team.
- Consultation: You consult with the purchasing and execution department on a regular basis to monitor and adjust the prices and returns to be applied.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Construction Engineering or are equivalent through experience.
- You have several years of experience as a calculator in road construction or infrastructure.
- You are familiar with software such as KPD vNext.
- You work accurately, are analytically strong and can handle deadlines well.
- You are a team player who also dares to take decisions autonomously.
- You combine your analytical mind with the no-nonsense mentality of a family business.
