- Managing and organising our warehouse
- Closely monitoring stock and ensuring timely replenishment
- Coordinating flows of goods to the various sites
- Answering questions from colleagues and supporting them with appropriate materials
- Ensuring a structured, orderly and uncluttered workplace
- Acting proactively and getting ahead of any problems
- Entering data into our ERP system
- Handling orders and supporting the logistics process
- Working closely with our 2 drivers to ensure optimal daily flow

- You are precise, orderly and have an eye for detail
- You can work independently, have strong communication skills and are willing to roll up your sleeves
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Affinity with ERP systems and logistics processes
- You can handle deadlines well and enjoy working in a team
