KAM coordinator

About the job

As KAM coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing and implementing quality, working conditions and environmental policies. You will ensure that APK Group complies with laws and regulations and that our processes are continuously improved.

Some of your duties include:

  • Policy development and implementation: You translate laws and regulations into practically applicable guidelines within our organisation.
  • Advice and guidance: You advise management and teams on KAM-related issues and support them in implementation.
  • Audits and inspections: You plan and conduct internal audits and supervise external inspections and certifications (ISO, VCA, etc.).
  • Risk analysis: You carry out risk inventories (RI&E) and draw up improvement plans.
  • Training and awareness: You provide training and raise awareness about safety, quality and sustainability.
  • Report: You monitor performance and report to management.

Your profile

  • A completed college education in a relevant field (e.g. Integral Safety Science, Environmental Science or Quality Management).
  • Minimum 3 years' work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of and experience with management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Affinity with infrastructure, construction or engineering is a plus.
