About the job
For our Fiber to the Home project, we are looking for groundworkers in groups to assist with the installation of internal and external fibre-optic networks.
You will work regionally but are also prepared to work all over Belgium if necessary.
Some of your duties include:
- You will carry out manual excavation and earthworks requiring some knowledge of cables.
- You will manually dig and seal pits and trenches where machines are inaccessible.
- You are multi-deployable, so you also bring in materials, oversee stock, work regularly as a barge driver too.
- You provide assistance to the machinists in the yard.
- You will carry out demolition, earthworks and foundation works.
