Als Legal Counsel fungeer je als juridisch aanspreekpunt voor verschillende business units. Je werkt nauw samen met een operationeel directeur en ondersteunt de organisatie in een breed spectrum aan juridische thema’s in samenwerking met jouw collega's. Je combineert adviesverlening, contract- en risicobeheer en procesoptimalisatie met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
Some of your duties include:
- You will advise the business on a variety of legal issues and supervise complex files within different areas of law.
- You will assess, negotiate and draft contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- You will monitor the entire onboarding and offboarding process of subcontractors.
- You monitor relevant developments in national laws and regulations (company law, contract law, labour and social law, contracting law, etc.) and translate them into concrete advice.
- You monitor legal risks within the business units and ensure correct follow-up of internal processes.
- You will support board and management during negotiations and help them translate complex legal matters into practice.

Your profile
- You have a master's degree in law.

- You communicate clearly, are negotiable and know how to build trust.
- You work independently but function equally well in a team.
- You enjoy taking initiative and attach great importance to quality and customer focus.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
