Treasury Manager

About the job

As Treasury Manager at APK Group, you will be responsible for the setup, optimisation, and management of group-level treasury activities. You will ensure efficient management of liquidity and financing structures. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing reports and will act as the point of contact for banks and financial partners. You will operate in an international context (BE, NL, DE) and work closely with the SSC finance team and local CFOs. The role combines operational treasury expertise with strategic insight, in line with the group's continued growth and M&A ambitions.

Some of your duties include:

 

  • Setting up and managing treasury activities.
  • Setting up and managing processes relating to guarantees.
  • Management and optimisation of bank accounts, cash management and payment processes.
  • Central monitoring of loans and credit facilities, including maturity dates and covenants.
  • Monthly NFS reporting and ad-hoc analyses for management.
  • Linking treasury processes to existing financial processes and staff.
  • Active role in maintaining and professionalising banking relationships:
    • Preparation and coordination of periodic bank meetings.
    • Support with new financing files.
  • You report within the finance organisation at group level.

Your profile

  • Completed education in Finance, Business Economics, or similar.
  • You speak fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • Experience with treasury activities and bank management is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You are able to take into account the different legislation in the countries where we operate. (BE, NL, DE)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
