Some of your duties include:
- You act as an administrative intermediary between the client, project leaders and site managers. You ensure that all information reaches the right people in a timely and correct manner.
- You will request addresses, prepare them so that site managers can prepare quotes, and check the prepared quotes before they go back to the customer.
- You manage customer comments and revisions and feed them back to the implementers or project managers.
- You are the first point of contact for the administrative follow-up of about 20 employees. This includes processing hours (permanent and interim), check-in@work, fines and invoicing.
- You will prepare order forms for subcontractors and assist them with questions.
- You will support the project managers by keeping overviews of hours, revenues and costs in Excel and business software.
- You will contribute to back-up tasks, such as the onboarding of new technicians and the follow-up of training, so that the team can remain flexible.
Your profile
- You are flexible, structured and know how to prioritise well.
- You can remain calm and communicate professionally in busy situations.
- You work conscientiously and have an analytical ability to interpret and edit data from Excel.
- Knowledge of invoicing, accounting or personnel administration is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is an asset for future project
