About the job

Some of your duties include:

• As foreman, you will manage a team of 2 to 5 people
• You prepare the start-up of a new project based on the site file prepared by the project manager
• You are responsible for the daily coordination, follow-up and adjustment of the team during the realisation of the project
• You consistently apply work regulations and safety requirements
• You are the point of contact for our clients and sometimes local residents as well
• You report the activities in accordance with the works diary
• You hand over the finished site to the person in charge

Your profile

• You have proven work experience in the industry or as a foreman is definitely a plus
• Planning and organising
• You can manage employees
• Motivate and inspire people
• Result-oriented teamwork
• You pay attention to quality
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch
• You are in possession of a driving licence B
