About the job<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tAs KAM-Coordinator, you regularly visit project sites and perform checks and support in the field of safety, quality and environment and raise awareness in this area. You also identify areas for improvement in this area. You also instruct engineers and supervisors in safe, orderly and tidy work. You are also the sparring partner for colleagues on the shop floor and your fellow KAM coordinators. You participate in KAM meetings and provide input from the shop floor. You support the drafting of HSE plans and test them in practice. As KAM-Coordinator, you work together with all kinds of functions and departments within our organisation. <\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tSome of your duties include:<\/p>\n
Regular site visits
\nControl quality, safety and environment (WPI's)
\nGuiding implementers with toolbox giving
\nTesting laws and regulations + customer requirements
\nTesting whether sub- and combination contractors meet requirements
\nIdentify needs for resources, work instructions, etc.
\nRecord, investigate and follow up accidents\/incidents\/complaints\/damages
\nInstructing fitters\/managers on safe working methods and order and cleanliness
\nInspection of tools (possibly on site)
\nFollow up findings from workplace inspections
\nAssist in drafting HSE plan\/TRA\/BLVC and test in practice.
\nMonitor quality and quantity of toolboxes and WPIs.
\nParticipates in KAM consultations
\nRecord and monitor quality, environmental and safety activities
\nProposing improvement activities<\/p>\n
