\t\t\t\tAPK Group is currently looking for a foreman for road construction. As foreman, you will be responsible for preparing the start-up of a new project based on the site file. You are responsible for the daily coordination, follow-up and adjustment of the team during the realisation of the project. <\/p>\n

You prepare the start-up of a new project based on the site file prepared by the project manager
\nYou are responsible for the daily coordination, follow-up and adjustment of the team during the realisation of the project
\nYou consistently apply work regulations and safety requirements
\nYou plan everything accurately and organise deliveries according to the progress of the works
\nYou are communicatively strong
\nYou cooperate with your team
\nYou are the point of contact for our clients and sometimes local residents as well
\nYou report the activities in accordance with the works diary
\nYou hand over the finished site to the person in charge
\nYou manage the equipment\/material<\/p>\n
As foreman road construction, you will manage a team of 2 to 5 people.<\/p>\n

Check foundations, trenches, lock beds
\nControl the supply of supplies, equipment and construction materials
\nPlan staff activities and allocate work posts
\nDetermine the layout and security of the yard and storage areas
\nPresent the site, planning, construction methods and regulations to those involved
\nPlanning and organising
\nMotivate and inspire people
\nResult-oriented teamwork
\nAttention to quality
\nYou have had your first experience as a foreman in roadworks
\nVCA certificate or willing to obtain it
\nGood knowledge of Dutch<\/p>\n
