\t\t\t\tAPK Group is currently still looking for a drilling project leader. As a project leader, you will be responsible for leading a project team and negotiating with various actors. You will be responsible for the proper preparation of projects and report directly to the technical director. We are looking for professionals with 'muddy boots' and a sense of international adventure.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tSome of your duties include:<\/p>\n
Driving force to implement projects at home and abroad
\nIn charge of planning, calculation and organisation of a number of projects from A to Z
\nMonitoring budgets and timings
\nDirectly managing and closely following up on the site teams in consultation with the shift supervisors on the sites and the internal workshop and work preparation team
\nLiaise with builders, subcontractors and suppliers
\nHandle problems autonomously with the support of management
\nReports to the Technical Director<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tYour profile<\/p>\n
Technically skilled, preferably at master's level
\nPronounced interest in machine technology
\nPreferably a first working experience as a site or project coordinator
\nStrong organisational and communication skills
\nAmbition to develop further in terms of project management, commercial-technical persuasiveness and leadership
\nPositive attitude with an interest in other cultures, languages and countries
\nFancy an adventurous job, with varying working hours and international travel in Europe
\nFluent in Dutch, languages such as German and French are recommended (additional languages are an asset)<\/p>\n
