Project manager for charging stations
About the job
Wij zijn momenteel nog op zoek naar een projectleider laadpalen. Als projectleider ben je de contactpersoon voor de klant en begeleid je de werkzaamheden (plaatsing van laadpalen) die hiervoor uitgevoerd worden.
Je hebt de algemene leiding van de werven vanaf vergunning tot en met de definitieve oplevering. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheidsorganisatie op de werf, de rendementen, efficiëntie, financiële resultaten van de door jou begeleide werven. Je geeft leiding aan de coaches. Je controleert en stuurt de onderaannemers op de werf aan.
Zelf rapporteer je aan de Business Unit Manager.
Some of your duties include:
- Maintaining contacts with clients
- Attending coordination meetings
- Managing specifications and standard specifications
- Adjust planning
- Following up & responding to correspondence
- Oversee pre-financing (site inventory, requisition approval, invoicing,...)
- Preparation and follow-up of claims in consultation with the Business Unit Manager
- Preparation to completion and attending completion
- Enforcing existing safety and quality procedures
- Purchasing site-specific equipment
- Setting up toolbox meetings
- Monitoring the predefined KPIs
You will be responsible for B2G projects. Charging stations placed at government agencies are the projects you follow up.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. electromechanics) or initial experience in infrastructure
- Very good knowledge of working and execution methods
- You have strong leadership skills
- People management
- You have commercial acumen
- You have good communication skills
- You are results-oriented
- Knowledge of charging station connections is a big plus
- You are willing to travel on a regular basis
